All furniture created by candleseiartar is custom-made to your specifications. Because each piece is designed and built specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on completed custom furniture.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All furniture comes with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you discover a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected item at no charge.

We encourage you to inspect your furniture carefully upon delivery and installation. If you notice any damage or defects, please inform our installation team immediately. We will address any issues before leaving your property.
If you discover a defect after installation, please contact us within 7 days. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange an inspection and determine the appropriate remedy.
For warranty claims, we will either repair the furniture at your location or, if necessary, transport it to our workshop for repair. We will make every effort to minimize inconvenience and complete repairs promptly.
If you need to cancel your order before fabrication begins, please contact us immediately. A cancellation fee may apply to cover design work and administrative costs. Your deposit, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded.
Once fabrication has started, custom furniture cannot be cancelled. All payments made are non-refundable, as the furniture is being built specifically for you and cannot be sold to another customer.
Changes to the approved design after fabrication begins may result in additional costs and delays. We will provide a revised quote for any requested changes. Significant changes may require restarting the fabrication process.
Wood is a natural material with inherent variations in grain, color, and texture. These variations are not defects but characteristics that make each piece unique. We cannot accept returns based on natural wood variations.
Proper care extends the life of your furniture. We provide care instructions with each piece. Following these guidelines helps maintain the appearance and integrity of your furniture and ensures warranty coverage.
