Candleseiartar provides custom furniture design, fabrication, and installation services. All projects are subject to consultation, design approval, and a signed agreement before work begins.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs or design modifications. A deposit is required before fabrication begins. The balance is due upon completion before delivery.
We work collaboratively with clients throughout the design process. Changes to approved designs may result in additional costs and extended timelines. Final approval must be given in writing before fabrication begins.
Accurate measurements are essential for custom furniture. We conduct site visits to measure spaces. Clients are responsible for informing us of any planned renovations or changes that may affect measurements.
We use high-quality materials sourced from reputable suppliers. Natural materials such as wood may have variations in grain, color, and texture. These variations are inherent characteristics and not defects.
We provide estimated timelines for each project. Actual completion times may vary due to material availability, design complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Delivery and installation are included in most projects. Clients must ensure clear access to the installation site. Additional charges may apply for difficult access or special requirements.
All furniture comes with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. See our Return Policy for more details.
Cancellations before fabrication begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover design work. Once fabrication has started, custom pieces cannot be cancelled, and deposits are non-refundable.
All designs created by candleseiartar remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce or commission copies of our designs without written permission.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the furniture purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
